Sino-Australia Energy Storage commissioned the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management to conduct a third-party on-site witnessing test of the system in late 2024, and the test process of the two thermally uncontrolled cores of the deflagration fumes to complete the effective control of the treatment, and at the same time the site of the external fire source did not produce the phenomenon of ignition and explosion, and the test has been a complete success. Lithium battery fire is essentially a gas fire, similar to liquefied petroleum gas fire, with "first explosion after combustion" characteristics. Traditional clean gas extinguishing agent for this type of gas fire without obvious fire fighting role.
Sino-Australia Energy Storage has successfully developed a four-dimensional active water-circulation air circuit fire protection system at the electric core level, through the core sub-systems - four-dimensional active monitoring system, PACK built-in water-circulation fire protection air circuit to realize orderly and controllable cycle adsorption treatment of combustible fumes generated by lithium batteries after thermal runaway, which fundamentally solves the fire and explosion risks of thermal runaway batteries. Risk of fire and explosion due to thermal runaway of the battery is fundamentally solved.
